Pacific Trust Otago takes privacy and confidentiality very seriously and adheres to the Health Information Privacy Code. Besides our staff, we share this information with WellSouth PHO and your own healthcare provider (General practitioner) in order to remain transparent in the delivery of your care.

We keep your information safe by storing it in Patient Medical System and only allowing access to clinical and admin staff who are essential to the care we provide. All Clinical Staff are legally bound by the Pacific Trust Otago Confidentiality Agreement.

What is HealthOne?

HealthOne is a South Island based secure electronic record that allows registered healthcare providers directly involved in your healthcare, to quickly access information such as your test results, allergies, medications, GP summaries and hospital information.
