Your role- what you'll do
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee compliance in accounting, audit, tax, payroll, and legal matters
- Manage systems and risk frameworks (HR, IT, admin)
- Cultivate team growth, capability, and continuous improvement
- Advise the CEO and Board, and build meaningful stakeholder relationships
What we'relooking for
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5 - 10 years in senior finance roles (preferably NGO/not-for-profit)
- Strong knowledge of NZ accounting standards and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with Pasefika communities
- Understanding of Pasefika frameworks and values-driven approaches
