Your role- what you'll do

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Oversee compliance in accounting, audit, tax, payroll, and legal matters
  • Manage systems and risk frameworks (HR, IT, admin)
  • Cultivate team growth, capability, and continuous improvement
  • Advise the CEO and Board, and build meaningful stakeholder relationships

What we'relooking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 5 - 10 years in senior finance roles (preferably NGO/not-for-profit)
  • Strong knowledge of NZ accounting standards and compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with Pasefika communities
  • Understanding of Pasefika frameworks and values-driven approaches
