We’ve heard you—and we’re excited to offer FREE heart health checks with a GP for our Pacific community!

📌 Who’s eligible?
👨 Pacific men aged 30+
👩 Pacific women aged 40+

This is your chance to connect with a doctor, catch up on immunizations and screenings, and receive wraparound support— all in one visit!

🩺 What’s included?
✔️ Health advice
✔️ Nurse clinic
✔️ Pharmacist & Dietitian support
✔️ Allow one hour for your visit

📍 Where: Pacific Trust Otago
📅 When: Starting 22 September 2025 (Fortnightly)
